Refund policy

At माँ&me, we take great care in ensuring that every piece meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.

Exchange

We offer exchanges only for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once the request is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Refund

Refunds are applicable only in approved cases. Once your request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 2 days.

Important Notes

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.
